Shakara Spratt is our Home Health Aide and Office Assistant. Her role is to provide quality care to patients, assist patients with their ADLs, record vital signs, manage and update patients’ charts, answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties, observe changes in patient’s condition or behavior, and report to nurses.

She enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips, and swimming. Her favorite football teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the OU Sooners.

She says Principle Choice Home Healthcare is motivating, transparent, and rewarding, and has helped her in her career by placing her in a position with outstanding training that allows her to excel. She will soon complete the LPN program atFrancis Tuttle and would like to become an RN to BSN in the future.
