Randel Lane

Randel (Randy) Lane joined Principle Choice Home Healthcare as the Veteran Outreach Specialist in November 2022, following his service as District Service Officer for the Disabled American Veterans Organization. With extensive knowledge of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Randy assists veterans and their families in filing claims and accessing healthcare benefits.

A proud Navy veteran, Randy served for seven years as a Gas Turbine Specialist (GSM1). After his military career, he earned a degree in engineering drafting and worked as a design draftsman specializing in rebar and concrete.

Randy is deeply connected to the veteran community and finds great fulfillment in helping others receive care through Principle Choice and support from the VA. He describes the work as incredibly rewarding and values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Known for his strong communication skills and community insight, Randy is a trusted resource and advocate. He enjoys spending time with his family, working around the house, and believes in following the path life presents. His advice to new Associates: “A career with Principle Choice is very rewarding - follow the details and directions of where the wind rose takes you.”
