Cayla Ballard graduated from Oklahoma City Community College and holds an associate degree in nursing. As a Registered Nurse (RN) and our RN Case Manager, she has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in Pediatric and Wound Care.

She is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and improving their health outcomes. Evaluating and treating patient illnesses, managing appointments, assessing further medical needs, and managing patient cases are all a part of the care that Cayla provides to our patients. She is committed to staying up to date on the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring that she delivers the best possible care to every patient she serves. Cayla's compassion is expressed to all of her patients.

Cayla loves the autonomy, respect, and fun that Principle Choice Home Healthcare provides, and states, "Every associate is a person. Not a number or a disposable.Everyone matters here." In the past, she was a ballerina. Now, outside of being an RN, she enjoys spending time with family and two dogs, camping, hiking, cooking, and doing puzzles.
